Non-profit Revitalization Act of 2013

The Non-profit Revitalization Act of 2013 passed by the New York State Legislature in July of 2013, and will become effective July 1, 2014.  The law makes several changes regarding nonprofit corporations in the State of New York, including SUNY colleges and universities. 

More guidance on this law as it applies to SUNY will be forthcoming in the Spring of 2014.
