Pamela Moniz

Pamela J. Moniz joined the University at Albany, State University of New York, as Paralegal in 1998. Prior to then, she served as the Executive Secretary to the Commissioner for the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Pamela also worked as a Paralegal and Legislative Assistant for the Governor’s Counsel’s Office in the Executive Chamber. Pamela’s primary responsibilities include administering the University’s compliance with subpoenas and litigation matters, managing the visa and permanent residence filing process for foreign national employees of the University, and overseeing the University Small Claims process. She holds an A.A. S. degree in Paralegal Studies from SCCC, and received both her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany. She has been a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants since 2001.
