04-07-17 Technology In Investigations

Technology Used to Commit Violations and Technology Used to Investigate Violations

April 7, 2017  |  May 9, 2017

Recent cases on college and university campuses expose how some individuals use technology to commit student conduct violations, including stalking and other interpersonal violence. Knowing how these technologies work (and can be masked) is an important part of an investigator's toolbox. Further, there are technologies available that can aid in investigations. In this webinar, an expert from the New York State Police will dive into cutting-edge information on such technological questions, and leave plenty of time for questions and answer. Note that this webinar is 90 minutes long.
