The webinar will address the new New York State sexual harassment prevention policy and training obligations and other requirements of these recently enacted laws and discuss how these requirements will impact higher education institutions specifically. We will also discuss the intersection of the new laws with the existing policy and training requirements under federal and state laws governing higher education institutions.
