SUNY Residence Hall Policies and Guidelines
Agreement authorizing DASNY to acquire, design, construct, reconstruct, rehabilitate or improve, or provide for the design, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or improvement of facilities for use by SUNY. Additionally, authorizes DASNY to lease such facilities to SUNY.

Financing and Development Agreement (FDA)
Overarching 2013 agreement where DASNY is authorized to enter into agreements relating to, among other things, the acquisition of property, the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, improvement, equipping and furnishing of dormitory facilities, the operation and maintenance of dorm facilities, and the billing, collection and disbursement of dormitory facilities revenues, the title to which is to be conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred to DASNY per NYS Education Law. Transfers all revenues to be the absolute property of DASNY until all debt service and reserve requirements are met at which time the remaining funds can be transferred to SUNY for use. Additionally, authorizes the issuance of new bonds or refinancing of old bonds to be used to renovate or construct dormitory facilities.
SUNY Dormitory Facilities Revenue Bond Resolution
DASNY resolution authorizing the issuance of its SUNY Dormitory Facilities Revenue Bonds: providing for the payment of the principal of and interest on such bonds; and providing for the rights of the holders thereof
