David Nida is a Senior Campus Counsel at Stony Brook University. He works primarily on labor and employment matters. Before joining SUNY, he worked for the City of New York as the Deputy General Counsel for Human Capital for the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and previously as a prosecutor in Texas. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Virginia Law School.
