Mr. Sierotnik joined the SUNY Office of General Counsel in 2018. He is presently an Associate Campus Counsel assigned to SUNY Upstate Medical University. As Associate Campus Counsel, Mr. Sierotnik advises on matters ranging from contracts, graduate medical education, privacy law, the freedom of information law.
Prior to joining SUNY Mr. Sierotnik worked as an associate attorney at Mackenzie Hughes LLP in Syracuse, NY in the business department.
Mr. Sierotnik is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School where he graduated magna cum laude and was honored as a Dean's Circle Fellow for his class standing. Mr. Sierotnik received his bachelor of arts degree from The Catholic University of America in 2005.
