Friend of the Senate Award

An award for a non-elected member of the Senate for someone from outside the Senate for outstanding service to the Senate.

Nominations may be made by any member of the University Faculty Senate.
The recipient will be chosen from nominees by the University Faculty Senate Executive Committee.
The Senate President will inform the recipient of his/her selection at least one month in advance of the Plenary meeting at which it is to be given.
