Jessica Healy

Program Manager

Jessica Healy is the Program Manager, Learning through Development within the Office of Global Affairs.  In this role, Ms. Healy is responsible for financial, personnel and administrative functions related to the Sustainable Village and Learning Community project.  Prior to joining the Office of Global Affairs, Ms. Healy worked with the SUNY Charter Schools Institute where she was responsible for all internal operations at the Institute as they related to financial, personnel and office administration. She also worked with the Professional Development Program (PDP) of the Research Foundation for SUNY at the University at Albany, where she held many roles. She processed grant applications that helped offset the cost of training for day care providers in New York State, moved to the position of Assistant Manager of Administration where she managed a call center and oversaw all project personnel transactions, and then was the Fiscal Operations Coordinator for nine years. As Fiscal Operations Coordinator, she was responsible for daily financial, accounts payable, purchasing operations and all personnel transactions for PDP.  Ms. Healy received her Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University at Albany and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Public Administration program at Marist College.
