The Faculty Council of Community Colleges discusses academic issues and, when warranted, proposes and passes resolutions regarding these issues. The FCCC Resolutions are intended to provide a voice to all community colleges on issues that are of importance to academic excellence and shared governance.

FCCC Position Statements

As the governance body for New York State Community Colleges, the Faculty Council of Community Colleges feels it is important to weigh in on certain crucial issues. Using a collaborative method, the membership deliberates, discusses, and debates these important issues of concern. After a consensus has been reached, the Faculty Council of Community Colleges issues statements and/or white papers articulating the organization's positions.
